Up In One Productions proudly presents the sparkling, romantic comedy, Shakespeare in Love, based on the Academy Award-winning screenplay by Tom Stoppard & Marc Norman and adapted for the stage by Lee Hall with music by Paddy Cunneen.

As the deadline for his new play quickly approaches, Will Shakespeare has writer's block. He is in desperate need of inspiration until he meets his muse, Viola. This beautiful, aristocratic, young woman is Will’s greatest admirer and she will stop at nothing (including breaking the law)  to appear in his next play. Against a bustling, comedic backdrop of mistaken identity, ruthless scheming, and backstage theatrics, Will’s love for Viola quickly blossoms, inspiring him to write his greatest masterpiece. 

The production features Wendell Scherer, Cassiopeia Ottulich, Frank McGinnis, Andy Crispell, Kevin  McCarthy, Michael Risio, Justin Doro, Jody Satriani, David Foster, and an extensive supporting cast of versatile actors.
