Accountability

If you witness or experience ANY inappropriate discriminatory or harassing behavior at the CENTER, we encourage you to make your concerns known to lead production staff* or a member of RPAC's designated Accountability Panel. Production staff is obligated to pass on any complaints to a member of the Accountability Panel. It is that member’s mandated requirement to bring the issue to the attention of RPAC management for further investigation. RPAC management will maintain a record of all complaints. Upon receipt of a complaint, it is the responsibility of RPAC staff to investigate the matter, take appropriate and timely action, and keep the board of directors informed of incidents. All complaints of this nature will be handled with maximum confidentiality.

We commit to producing and amplifying voices from underserved communities in our programming, and to seeking out, empowering, and creating safe spaces for those who have historically been marginalized or silenced.

All Production Companies using The CENTER are obligated to honor this policy.
